Whilst every effort is made to ensure colours are displayed as close representation on our website, slight variations in the actual goods may occur.

Currency and prices

All prices shown on this website are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of BTW (VAT), but exclusive of delivery charges (which will be shown when you checkout). Your credit card provider will charge credit card sales in your local billing currency.

Shipping

Orders will be send within three days after payment is received. Please keep this into account when you place an order.

• National Shipping/Delivery (the Netherlands) Shipping is done via PostNL. If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.

National shipping costs are € 1,50.

• International Shipping/Delivery

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. International orders will be shipped via PostNL. You are responsible for any additional duty, tax and VAT charges. Transit time will vary with destination. If an item is not available for immediate shipping, you will be notified by e-mail with the estimated ship date.

International shipping costs are € 2, - or € 2,50.

Returns and refunds

We do everything we can to ensure your purchase arrives in excellent condition. However, we offer a no-quibble returns policy on our products, whatever the reason, even if you have just changed your mind. All we ask is that you return the goods to us within 2 weeks, clearly stating your name, address and order number, with a note giving us the reason for the return, and whether you would like an exchange or refund. We will make a refund within 1 week after receiving the goods.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. You will be refunded once the products have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the carrier. BACKPACKFLAG’s total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by BACKPACKFLAG to the customer. Please ensure that unused products are returned in their original condition and packaging to:

BACKPACKFLAGS never redistributes customer or newsletter subscriber information, nor is your personal information ever left unsecured. BACKPACKFLAGS’ mailing list is reserved for important announcements and newsletters and is used sparingly. Applicable law & liabilities

All transactions undertaken through this website are governed by Dutch law and any legal actions arising out of such transactions shall be subject to the Dutch legal processes and under the jurisdiction of Dutch courts.
